Review titled Great experience

Once again I attended for injections in my hand/wrist. Staff as always kind and friendly - even jokes! Explaining all throughout what he was doing and how things would hopefully once again improve my pain. Hope to return in the next few months for my other hand.

Attended for an MRI. The staff were friendly, caring, professional and helpful. The information leaflets they provided and sent before the appointment was also helpful. I did not feel hurried during my appointment. If you’re lucky enough to be offered an NHS scan at this clinic you’ll be in good hands.

Review titled Not bad
by Anonymous. - Posted on 26 Jan 2024
Hello, thank you for your follow-up. There are a few things that I should tell you. First, after a month of pain, they gave me an appointment with the doctor, and I told the doctor all the issues, not only that he did not help and did not prescribe medicine, but also that he was supposed to do a series of exercises for me. Send me an email that I don't really know what to do with this severe pain. The doctor was very kind and respectful, but he couldn't do anything for me. I told them about the mental illnesses that happened to me after this accident, but it didn't have any effect. Even now, I feel severe pain in my leg, as I have a lot of mental and psychological problems, please contact me and help me.

I cannot praise this service enough. Prompt, efficient and two of the nicest staff carrying out my scan that I have ever met. Treated with cate and dignity. Very different to attending the local NHS hospital. Proves it can be done!
