Formed in 2009 from a core of ex NHS-clinicians, determined to innovate and develop services build on the latest evidence and exceptional care, we have grown to be one of the largest providers of community-based care. We are proud to have exclusively designed and delivered services in partnership with the NHS for over 10 years.

What you’ll learn
We support personal and professional growth across the organisation. Many of our positions are filled by internal candidates applying through our internal jobs board. We want to keep that number high, with even more people moving between teams and regions.
We offer the best clinical and service training in the country. You will work with the very best professionals in an environment that looks to constantly stretch and develop you.

Training
Healthshare offers a CPD platform for all clinicians and GPs to access. It is a learning resource which includes presentations developed by our senior clinicians.
As well as supporting our team clinical education programme and training fellowships, we aim to support primary care management skill sets. We will provide access to appropriate modules for GPs within our Service areas which include Rheumatology, Cauda Equina and Bloods.
In-house training
Our in-house training platforms Psittacus & Skills for Health provide a blended online learning environment.

Self Development
