You can refer yourself to Healthshare for physiotherapy if you:
- Have a muscle or joint related issue/condition
- Are registered with a GP within the areas we operate
- Are over 18 years old
- Are not under the care of a hospital consultant for the same problem
- Live in one of our Hull, London, Dartford, Gravesend or Swanley catchment areas.

The setting in which the practice was lovely and made me feel calm. Dr was caring and considerate checking I was OK throughout. Results came back quickly and efficiently.

Caring staff and the scan is quick nice ambience very comfortable and calming colour changing lights in the scan to help you relax a room to change if you need to remove metal or other and you have your own key to the changing room then you can leave scan only takes around 20 minutes best scan I have ever had would highly recommend healthshare

I attended The Riverside Clinic for an MRI in January 2024 and was treated with exceptional care and professionalism. The two staff members tending to the MRI were reassuring and comforting all the way through. The reception staff were all friendly and welcoming. A great NHS experience.

Having waited a few weeks for my appointment for a scan, I very rudely arrived late as I had lost track of time…. I was very worried I’d have to reschedule the appointment. But the team were charming and saw me soon after my arrival, for which I was very grateful.

A very good service with good staff making you feel at ease. Easy to get to well signposted and plenty of free parking A spotless building with refreshments provided, time keeping was excellent and lockable lockers provided.I would certainly use this service again if I needed to. Kept informed by text about appointment, time and directions how to get to the clinic. A very good service.provided by the.NHS.

Easy to find, easy to freely park. Clean spacious waiting area, clearly directed where to sit by staff on the desk on entering. Treated with respect & dignity through out. Adele the sonographer doing my ultrasound was amazing, reassuring & clearly highly skilled- could almost call the whole procedure a pleasure!
