You can refer yourself to Healthshare for physiotherapy if you:
- Have a muscle or joint related issue/condition
- Are registered with a GP within the areas we operate
- Are over 18 years old
- Are not under the care of a hospital consultant for the same problem
- Live in one of our Hull, London, Dartford, Gravesend or Swanley catchment areas.

- The form takes approximately 20 minutes to complete
- Those eligible are asked to watch an informative video
- After the video we ask you to select and submit the treatment option you feel best suits your needs
- Failing to make a selection may lead to a delay in your care.

Step 2) Then respond to the text message we send you and complete your online screening with LISA our Live Interactive Screening Assistant.

Everyone was polite and helpful. The medical staff were very professional. Clean and neat, tidy and well organizesmd Plenty of parking space. All my questions were answered and I felt very confident that the staff knew their job well

Please please sort the horrible rude lady working in the building on the left. I had to use the toilet there as guided by the MRI staff. But the lady said I'm not allowed to use the toilet. I have never experienced this. I'm a patient with a appointment and I had to go toilet before my MRI scan and I wasn't allowed. I'm very very angry and upset about this. Even the MRI staff were disgusting with what I experienced. Please if you could contact me as I'd like to explain the situation.

The team at the mobile MRI unit at Harold Wood Polyclinic are fantastic. Friendly, professional, efficient and reassuring. Their communication before the appointment had everything I needed. On the day they saw me right on time and made me feel at ease. The scan was performed efficiently and they gave very clear expectations of the next steps. They were brilliant. Thanks

Location of appointment was at Chequers Health Centre, Rushlake Drive, Bolton. My appointment time was for 4.15pm. I was advised to arrive 10 minutes prior to the appointment time. In fact I arrived 20 minutes early. I only had to wait 5 minutes before I went in for my ultrasound examination. The examination was carried out with care and efficiency. The examination was completed and I left the facility a couple of minutes prior to my appointment time. Very well done.

The nurse who collected me from the waiting area was friendly and polite. I did find the sonographer a bit firm and cold. Needless to say, she was just doing her job, I suppose.

Healthshare was a great experience for my MRI. I really value the fact there is no waiting around, and that I know I will receive a full report, rather than a one word report like I received from the N&N following an x-ray. I hope the NHS continue to subcontract to providers who provide a much better experience than they are able to. I actually felt respected at healthshare, thank you.

A lovely clinic with friendly staff. Everyone was helpful and professional, and I was seen promptly. Fantastic experience! Best of all perhaps, for someone using public transport to get there, Google Maps' directions were absolutely spot on!!
