My experience at healthshare began with being nervous to feeling relaxed and comfortable due to the staff from reception to the ultrasound technician and assistant. An extremely well run service. Highly recommend.

Review titled Practical solutions and good focus
by SaraG. - Posted on 30 Jan 2024
I have had three sessions to treat nerve pain in my leg and back pain at Old Road West surgery. Informative and thorough, helped me practically to focus on solutions through exercise. Also gave me clarity about what was wrong and how to put it right. And now have some follow up gym sessions which is a bonus. Very impressed.

Calming environment and friendly people as a claustrophobic sufferer having an MRI is extremely stressful, but the staff helped me to remain calm.

Diagnostic appointment, fibromyalgia, chronic lower back, neck and shoulder, uncle and feet. I was called ontime and the specialist that saw me treated me with respect, listen to my issues, done few tests, ordered few exams for further diagnosis

Review titled Dreadful service
by Anonymous. - Posted on 30 Jan 2024
I was referred by my GP for an MRI scan and within a couple of days, on 13/11/2023 had a text from Healthshare confirming the referral and saying they would be in touch about the “next steps soon”. Then nothing, no contact at all - until in mid January 2024 Healthshare contacted my GP surgery saying they had attempted to contact me by post and phone without success and cancelled my appointment. There had been no post from them and no phone calls. The statement about trying to contact me was untrue. In the meantime I don’t have a diagnosis for a condition that may have worsened. I have heard similar stories from other people about Healthshare.

Review titled Very pleasant and professional
by Anonymous. - Posted on 27 Jan 2024
I attended this scan in January. The lady who carried out the scan was helpful, reassuring and professional. I was very happy with the entire process. My only criticism would be the lack of communication. I received one text around the time of booking only and no supplementary information or reminders.
