You can refer yourself to Healthshare for physiotherapy if you:
- Have a muscle or joint related issue/condition
- Are registered with a GP within the areas we operate
- Are over 18 years old
- Are not under the care of a hospital consultant for the same problem
- Live in one of our Hull, London, Dartford, Gravesend or Swanley catchment areas.

Phio is a digital assessment tool which allows us to capture relevant information about your musculoskeletal (bone/muscle/joint) problem, helping us to direct you to the most appropriate care as efficiently as possible.

I was greeted courteously, having parked easily in the ample parking facilities on the day of a train strike. The reception staff were helpful. After a minimal wait, I was attended to efficiently and pleasantly during an MRI scan. An easy, pleasant experience.

Very good service, polite at reception, signage inside is excellent. The staff are outstanding. The waiting time is short. Designated colours of seating for each department which again is very important.

Great communication, lovely environment, excellent professional and friendly staff throughout. I was not asked to don an ill fitting gown and stand in a busy corridor like I am in the NHS normally. Great experience
