- Have a muscle or joint related issue/condition
- Are registered with a GP within the areas we operate
- Are over 18 years old
- Are not under the care of a hospital consultant for the same problem
- Live in one of our Hull, London, Dartford, Gravesend or Swanley catchment areas.

Healthshare scheduled me for an ultrasound, for which I had to fast for 6 hours and take time off work. On the day of the appointment (after I already fasted and took time off work), it texted me saying the appointment is cancelled. No explanation was given. I called them back - and was told a single staff memebr at the clinic called off sick, and they had to cancel all appointments on that day - as if telling me I'm not the only one affected would make me feel any better. What a joke - this clinic apparently runs a one-person band. A single staff absence would result in their service being shut down. This definitely gives me zero confidence in their operational ability. What made me really angry is the fact I wasted a whole day off work and hadn't eaten for hours - all for nothing. Not a word of apology from Healthshare.

Very friendly clean environment , I was seen before my allotted appointment time . The staff made me feel at ease with their friendly chat and smiles even behind the masks , I felt my care was carried out with great respect and with the highest possible dignity . Great practice would recommend anyone to attend this practice .

I needed an ultrasound done. I was very pleased to receive an appointment within a few weeks. The examination was carried out in pleasant surroundings with unhurried staff. Altogether a good experience and stress free

Ultrasound arranged at the Riverside Clinic in Brentford. Very clear communication regarding the appointment, followed up with reminder texts, the appointment was at a very convenient time and the clinic had plenty of parking available. Medical team were brilliant and explained the next steps. Would highly recommend the whole experience.
