- Have a muscle or joint related issue/condition
- Are registered with a GP within the areas we operate
- Are over 18 years old
- Are not under the care of a hospital consultant for the same problem
- Live in one of our Hull, London, Dartford, Gravesend or Swanley catchment areas.

Overall very polite friendly staff ,seen on time .My daughter took me to riverside clinic for my ultrasound scan.Customer service excellent and very clean . I have dementia worsening so it was great to be seen on time.

This clinic is very hard to find. It is on an industrial estate off a six lane A road. Once inside, the people were nice, very efficient and I was seen immediately.

The actual appointment was very well managed by the staff and went smoothly and quickly. It did however entail me chasing for the appointment, as the expected appointment was never confirmed.

Lovely lady, rang me to notify of a cancellation.. I literally jumped at the chance, to get an MRI scan. I was there within 4 hours, 20 minutes later l was thoroughly scanned. Lovely staff, clean clinical areas. When I got home, within 1 1/2 hours, the local GP had the results of the MIR scan. I can't wait to see the GP. Knockout service, would certainly recommend to anyone..

I underwent a diagnostic MRI. Everyone was wonderfully kind, friendly and professional. Everything was explained, all the questions were answered and every effort was made to make me comfortable during the MRI scan. I am very grateful for this service.

I was booked into the ultrasound in Woodlands in Cambridge. Both ladies very kind and put me at ease. Very professional throughout and explained everything to me. Great location with private free parking( very rare in Cambridge!)
