You can refer yourself to Healthshare for physiotherapy if you:
- Have a muscle or joint related issue/condition
- Are registered with a GP within the areas we operate
- Are over 18 years old
- Are not under the care of a hospital consultant for the same problem
- Live in one of our Hull, London, Dartford, Gravesend or Swanley catchment areas.

Phio is a digital assessment tool which allows us to capture relevant information about your musculoskeletal (bone/muscle/joint) problem, helping us to direct you to the most appropriate care as efficiently as possible.

I was made to feel valued, and not rushed also l felt that nothing was to much trouble. The staff seemed happy in there duties which l feel shows it's a very good place.

First time I’ve had an MRI and the staff were very helpful and professional which made me feel relaxed and comfortable, the center is easy to find and parking ample the facility is very well maintained and the whole experience was no where as daunting as I’d imagined it would be so thank you so much.

Experience was excellent, from all the text reminders, which saved carrying a letter, was seen straight away even though I was a little early. Scan was quick and was my way home before my actual appointment time. Staff were lovely and spoke the whole way through. Faultless. Would definitely recommend.

Had mri scan got there at 9.20 for appointment for 9.40, filled questionnaire form in while waiting. Would have been nice if vending machine to get hot drink while waiting, or a water cooler to get cold drink of water
