You can refer yourself to Healthshare for physiotherapy if you:
- Have a muscle or joint related issue/condition
- Are registered with a GP within the areas we operate
- Are over 18 years old
- Are not under the care of a hospital consultant for the same problem
- Live in one of our Hull, London, Dartford, Gravesend or Swanley catchment areas.

Being an NHS patient and supporter since birth I am more used to smelly old hospital’s and crumbling buildings with sometimes dubious care and attention … this place was definately not like that !

Easy to get to, tranquil location, professional services, not one thing to complain about. The Technician greeted me on arrival, no waiting, straight into consulting room, made myself comfortable. Asked questions and got satisfactory replies. Was at ease throughout procedure, nice and friendly, could not have had a better experience.

Felt listen too through all appointments. Questions answered fully and any decisions they make about any treatments were discussed fully with me. All staff helpful and very knowledgeable and professional. Well done and thank you .

When I arrived for my appointment, I used the screen in the entrance to confirm my arrival: it did not recognise me. When I went to the receptionist, she had no details of my appointment. She asked me why I was there, and I had to tell her in front of a waiting room full of people that I was there for an ultrasound scan. She then told me she did not have details for those appointments on her system; I had to take the lift to the first floor, sit down there and wait to be called. I was called without delay. However, I found the failure to recognise me twice unsettling and upsetting.

I was anxious about having an MRI scan and the staff members were absolutely fantastic in relieving my worries and taking good care of me. I would not be nervous again if I were asked to attend Healthshare. From the moment I arrived all staff were efficient, helpful and understanding.
