You can refer yourself to Healthshare for physiotherapy if you:
- Have a muscle or joint related issue/condition
- Are registered with a GP within the areas we operate
- Are over 18 years old
- Are not under the care of a hospital consultant for the same problem
- Live in one of our Hull, London, Dartford, Gravesend or Swanley catchment areas.

Having been to the now Norwich healthshare clinic in previously Global on several occasions, I cannot praise staff and comfort of the clinic. However, I miss the personal touch of being able to ring them direct re any enquires etc. now ring a main customer call centre I find it not personal and although booking arranged I did not get confirmation letter as promised nor was I told to fast for 6 hrs prior to ultrasound which I was asked on arrival!! Luckily, I had not eaten due to stomach problems. I preferred being able to speak to the reception team in Norwich.

Excellent treatment. The only negative comment was that Ultrasound wasn't signposted so I waited for 15 mins in reception before being shown where to go

Everyone was very professional and seemed experienced that I dealt with. Appointments were quick and with little waiting around. All staff were friendly and caring and all follow ups have been quick and efficient too. Couldn’t ask for more than that really. Thank you
