- Have a muscle or joint related issue/condition
- Are registered with a GP within the areas we operate
- Are over 18 years old
- Are not under the care of a hospital consultant for the same problem
- Live in one of our Hull, London, Dartford, Gravesend or Swanley catchment areas.

Very clean and excellent patient service. Excellent patient communication. Felt very comfortable and at ease during my appointment and the scan was very straightforward and I felt happy with the service. Parking was easy and the information was straight forward.

I have actually had two appointments, which went well. My gripe is with MSK's telephone service. Waiting times are too long - the "high call volumes" excuse is unacceptable as it always comes up - and two or three promises to call back were not kept. In short, treatment good, patient admin service not. BTW, I don't make recommendations; if someone were to ask me for an opinion, I would state the above.

Being an NHS patient and supporter since birth I am more used to smelly old hospital’s and crumbling buildings with sometimes dubious care and attention … this place was definately not like that !

Easy to get to, tranquil location, professional services, not one thing to complain about. The Technician greeted me on arrival, no waiting, straight into consulting room, made myself comfortable. Asked questions and got satisfactory replies. Was at ease throughout procedure, nice and friendly, could not have had a better experience.
