You can refer yourself to Healthshare for physiotherapy if you:
- Have a muscle or joint related issue/condition
- Are registered with a GP within the areas we operate
- Are over 18 years old
- Are not under the care of a hospital consultant for the same problem
- Live in one of our Hull, London, Dartford, Gravesend or Swanley catchment areas.

I had a pelvic and vaginal scan at the Sawston practice. I arrived early and was seen immediately by two very friendly and reassuring professional women. Many thanks for the ease of the process, which managed my expectations throughout and kept discomfort to a minimum.

The clinician listened attentively to my description of my symptoms and advised me of possible treatment. He even discussed a different ailment to the main issue and advised on that also. Very happy with the service.

I was referred for a shoulder ultrasound investigation. Unfortunately, the waiting times are 4 to 6 weeks. The idea was to receive treatment, not to wait until my shoulder heals on its own. At this point, it's not just inconvenient waiting time, but poor management of patients which will result in my health issue getting worse.

I was seen on time and l was very impressed with the physio who was very informative and showed me the Ultrasound screen as he scanned my wrist area explaining the problem area which showed arthritis was the main problem and l had a choice of having a cortisone injection or physio appointments and l chose the latter to begin with. l was notified by a message by the time l had arrived home Very impressed with the whole experience Many thanks to the whole team
