You can refer yourself to Healthshare for physiotherapy if you:
- Have a muscle or joint related issue/condition
- Are registered with a GP within the areas we operate
- Are over 18 years old
- Are not under the care of a hospital consultant for the same problem
- Live in one of our Hull, London, Dartford, Gravesend or Swanley catchment areas.

I am not keen on MRI’s being disabled I was treated with respect. I was given a eye mask, ear plugs & headphones playing music I felt really comfortable & relaxed.

I was amazed by the clinic I went to very posh clean and tidy receptionist very helpful and the person which put me on the MRI scanner was very calm and put me at ease.

I have had 2 eye surgeries here last year and Xrays this year , i cannot fault Riverside its so clean and the staff are excellent.

I was treated very quickly with kindness and care all staff were extremely informative explained everything to me and made me feel completely at ease I could not fault anything thank you for being so kind and sensitive I would certainly recommend the clinic

Amazing and awesome nurses treat you well very polite. Guide you with clear instructions and make you feel very safe and in good hands. Welcoming and warm hearted understanding your pain and concerns and put you at ease. Clean clinic and hygiene is very high. Feel I’ve recovered already.

It was a warmed welcoming, clean and comfortable waiting aria with an integrated blasted in a perfect cool temperature airondition, at that hot weather was the perfect escape.. A nice oasis in a desert. Thanks to the specialist he was polite, concentrated to his job, I knew he is doing his best.. Thank you, Andrey.

Good experience at the clinic. My only comment is I had to get a taxi (£30) as the unit was awkward to reach especially with a painful knee. I live a short way from St Mary's and was expecting to be referred there.

I visited the Riverside Clinic, Brentford for DEXA scan on 12/06/23. From the moment I walked into reception I was greeted by friendly staff and escorted to the scan room waiting area. I was seen ahead of my scheduled appointment time, the scan service was quick and efficient, the Radiographer carrying out the scan procedure was friendly and kept me informed during and after the scan. The clinic is clean, modern with parking facilities (car registration number must be validated at reception desk kiosk). I was extremely pleased with my experience.
