- Have a muscle or joint related issue/condition
- Are registered with a GP within the areas we operate
- Are over 18 years old
- Are not under the care of a hospital consultant for the same problem
- Live in one of our Hull, London, Dartford, Gravesend or Swanley catchment areas.

All members of the team were both professional & helpful. All appointments we're prompt & emails & letters sent confirming appointments and numbers given to cancel. Following appointments we're dealt with in the same Manor,which was very reassuring...I felt really looked after....Thank you !

I had a very positive experience when I had my scan. The staff were pleasant and professional and I was treated with consideration and dignity. I am very grateful to them My only slightly negative comment would be that I wasn’t informed that I should not eat before my scan and I had had breakfast. Luckily, this did not prove to be a problem and my scan went ahead.

Utterly delightful and helpful personnel. Easy and speedy experience. Beautiful premises. I was greeted on arrival by a smiling and happy receptionist, who led me to the relevant department, where I was to have a bone scan. The technician greeted me almost immediately. The procedure was carried out professionally with care and kindness.

Brilliant service. All the staff i saw were lovely. Pre information was spot on. I arrived very early just expecting to wait until my app time but I was seen early which was a bonus.I can not fault any aspect of the service i received.
