- Have a muscle or joint related issue/condition
- Are registered with a GP within the areas we operate
- Are over 18 years old
- Are not under the care of a hospital consultant for the same problem
- Live in one of our Hull, London, Dartford, Gravesend or Swanley catchment areas.

I arrived 20mins early for my appointment. I was invited in for my scan right away, it was a swift efficient process, carried out by professional staff. A very good experience. I was pleasantly surprised and would recommend this Riverside clinic to all.

Though the ultrasound scan was quick and good experience, am still awaiting the report since more than a month. My kidney scan was conducted on 10th July 2023 and on the basis of this scan medication is to be prescribed for my Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) situation. Till date is., 22nd August 2023, neither the GP surgery nor the NHS app has been updated about the results. The service provided by the hired company is definitely not up to the mark. Kindly look into their functioning. Thanks!

Was treated with respect and courtesy and was a pleasure being there. Very comfortable and clean environment, only spent about a couple of minutes in waiting area before being called in. Very impressed.

I wish all NHS visits were as pleasant as this one. Highly recommend! Great service from parking to checking in, didn’t have to wait long was seen on time. Very professional and caring staff. Hope I get to experience more NHS services as good as this one. Well done HealthShare clinic, it should all be as good as you have got it.

I was booked for a bone scan at Riverside Clinic, Brentford, Healthshare Ltd. The gentleman at Reception was very welcoming and smiley. The clinic was well presented, spotless and I felt immediately comfortable. The lady radiographer I saw was gentle and informative, explaining every step of the process carefully. I was nervous but the staff made it a very positive experience. Thank you.
