From the moment I entered the clinic to leaving. Staff were very informative helpful and put me at ease. This is not the first time I have had an MRI scan at this facility. Since the first time I use the clinic it has had a very positive upgrade. I would definitely recommend these facilities.

Review titled Great Physiotherapy Service
by Simon Howard-Field. - Posted on 10 Oct 2023
This is the second time I have used this Physio Rehab Service. On both occasions my injuries have healed. On both occasions the injuries seemed quite bad. The Rehab Service are really good, they provide a thorough examination, discussion about symptoms, exercises to follow to help the injury to heal and follow up sessions to discuss progress and any problems. I am a very satisfied patient and a very grateful one as well. Thank you very much for helping me get back on the road to recovery.

Review titled Hand Scan Appointment
by Joseph Zulu. - Posted on 09 Oct 2023
On Sunday 24th of September I received a text notification to attend an appointment the following day at 3:15 pm to investigate a foreign body in my hand which had not been picked up on X-Ray. I cancelled my shift to attend the appointment. However just before 09:00 on the day of the appointment, I received a text cancelling the appointment. On trying to rebook my shift at work, my services were no longer required for the day. I lost £175 in wages. I then received a letter saying I had failed to attend the appointment. On enquiring with the service I became aware that a Dna note had been placed on my record. I found the handling of the situation very bizarre. It appears to me that the appointment booking system needs reviewing to avoid issuing appointments which then have to be cancelled short notice. As a self employed person the £175 lost as a result of this incident is very significant. More so because I had not worked since the 7th of September due to holidays. I feel I deserve compensation for lost earnings. I was annoyed to learn about the Dna note put on my record. I’m glad that I was subsequently offered another appointment, howbeit in Mansfield (I live in Nottingham ). The appointment confirmed the presence of a foreign body in my hand which I desperately need taking out. I hope my next appointment with the appropriate service will be seamless. I must add that the staff at the Mansfield clinic were very friendly and professional. Looking forward to your response to my review.
