You can refer yourself to Healthshare for physiotherapy if you:
- Have a muscle or joint related issue/condition
- Are registered with a GP within the areas we operate
- Are over 18 years old
- Are not under the care of a hospital consultant for the same problem
- Live in one of our Hull, London, Dartford, Gravesend or Swanley catchment areas.

Having had no previously medical issues, it was quite daunting attend the clinic but the clinician explained exactly how osteoarthritis affects the joints and more importantly how self care ie exercise, lifestyle choices, could manage the condition making me feel very optimistic

I had a very good experience at Lees Place Medical centre. The place was efficient and the physiotherapist was highly knowledgeable. She took time to understand my issues and showed me some good exercises to do at home.

The 2 young ladies who provided the scan were pleasant and professional. My GP recieved the results of the scan the day after which to my mind is excellent service!

I had a cancellation appt, day before appt, so no written instruction received but the receptionist so polite on the phone and confirmed immediately afterwards with confirmation text and details. On arrival there was ample free parking, I was treated with courtesy from moment I entered the building, which was very clean and tastefully maintained. Overall a very positive experience. Would give it 10/10 on my personal experience.

My experience was very good,all the staff are very good and friendly.I am happy of the outcome of my appointment as I didn’t wait that long I am happy and very pleased that I’ve been assisted with the staff straight away upon my arrival.

Instructions and reminder texts were spot on. A call on the day due to flooding to advise of different door to use. All three ladies that I saw in Norwich were fantastic. I was a bit nervous of having an MRI but they soon put me at ease. Fantastic customer care from start to finish.
