You can refer yourself to Healthshare for physiotherapy if you:
- Have a muscle or joint related issue/condition
- Are registered with a GP within the areas we operate
- Are over 18 years old
- Are not under the care of a hospital consultant for the same problem
- Live in one of our Hull, London, Dartford, Gravesend or Swanley catchment areas.

I received excellent service, my wrist was examined very carefully followed ultrasound, and then I was explained what could happen to my wrist and what is next step . I was told that I need further examination such as MRI, which I’m waiting for referral. I’m very grateful for the service

Having been given a choice of where I would like to have my surgery I chose healthshare Norwich Norfolk from the Minuit you walk in the front door you feel relaxed and comfortable you are then given every piece of information that you need to know and before and during and after your procedure you are put at ease, cared for and looked after

Healthshare Norwich-cannot fault their team work, professionalism and patient care. The operation and process were explained in clear terms which alleviated any fears and the actual operation was conducted as planned. Would have no hesitation in recommending this practice.

Everyone was very kind and the whole procedure was very efficient. It was nice not to have to wait around indefinitely beforehand. I would have liked to have been told that I would wear a gown anyway so needn't have bothered about clothes without metal fastenings; and I have left feedback about discrepancy in measuring my height but I don't know whether that measurement is something passed back to the NHS or not. I was specially grateful to find I could have a coffee and biscuit before I left, I felt I needed it before getting into the car again to drive away. It was also pleasant to be somewhere quiet, light and spacious, I understand that this isn't possible within the hard-pressed NHS but it was nice. Thank you to everyone.

Norwich clinic for a MRI Scan. Every member of staff I spoke to was extremely friendly and Knowledgeable. I had to contact the clinic via telephone prior to my appointment to give them some information and the call was answered quickly, by a bubbly yet professional person. When I visited the clinic for my MRI scan I was welcomed at reception and guided to the waiting area. I was barely waiting for a couple of minutes before another member of staff arrived and took me to have the scan. She explained the whole procedure and asked if I had any questions. Everyone I met was a total credit to this Clinic.
