I was very impressed with the whole experience. The place was lovely. The people were very friendly and everything was clearly explained to me. Also there was no waiting. I went in ahead of my appointment time. A fantastic addition to the NHS.

Review titled Professional Team
by Gaynor Boyes. - Posted on 15 Dec 2023
A totally satisfying experience from being referred,to getting an appointment, to seeing My consultant & getting my treatment! I was always met with a smile on arrival & this continued throughout my short process from being referred to my Procedure. My Consultant & his Team were very professional but also made you feel comfortable & human!! The care was informative, in a Manor I could understand, which was really important to me & I'm sure others would appreciate it too. The care I received included a consultation, an ultrasound ,a further consultation to discuss treatment & then my procedure. All of these were professionally handled from making the appointments ( which came by post & email)to attending the Clinic . All my appointments were on time & tea & coffee & water were readily available . Throughout my appointments all members of the team were pleasent & respectful, the high standards were noticeable in all areas. My greatest fear was the actual treatment: After a previous bad experience elsewhere I did feel very apprehensive...but I felt from day 1 it was obviously a completely different experience, which I'm pleased to report it certainly was. On the afternoon of my procedure, I was taken to change into a gown, again on time & given privacy to do so.Then I was taken through to a room where I met my consultant & his team, who all reintroduced themselves & the roles they would be performing, this in itself was comforting as they were so friendly and immediately I was at ease. Everything was explained in lamans terms & signed by myself. The nurse measured me for my support tights and then led my through to theatre. As this would be under local anesthetic & I would be awake they made sure I was comfortable & ready to go ahead! During the Radio-frequency Treatment My consultant & his team constantly engaged with me,talking and having the radio playing took my mind off the procedure, which was a blessing after having a bad experience elsewhere previously. They all acted in a professional Manor, with continued support and information aswell as looking after my well being. Everything went according to plan after 45 minutes...I was given time to gather myself whilst they cleaned up and then I was escorted to a little room for a cracking cup of builders tea & biscuits. I was given my meds and stockings aswell as all information regarding my aftercare and contact numbers should I need them. My husband was on hand to take me home. I can honestly say my treatment the care, cleanliness and professionalism of all involved was second to none... Thanks for your care & support throughout my short time with you... You really are a great team whom I will be recommending to friends & family should they have cause to need you ! Thank you !!

Review titled Good practice
by Anonymous. - Posted on 15 Dec 2023
I went there for some ultrasounds and didn’t know what to expect as it was the first time. The clinic is easy to reach via public transport and it is not as chaotic and stressful as your usual Hospital. The doctors were very kind and patient.

Review titled Being kind is important
by Anonymous. - Posted on 14 Dec 2023
The two woman that I saw in Earls Court, were very kind and helpful to me. The podiatrist explained things in language that I could understand. I suffer from dizziness when sitting up too quickly and when I wobbled both of these woman helped my recover my balance.

Review titled Did the job
by FHC. - Posted on 14 Dec 2023
Efficient service - went for an MRI - but was absolutely sickened to hear staff gloat about the length of NHS MRI waiting lists in comparison to theirs. NHS lists are longer because their previous service margins have been turned into profit margins for private companies

I had an MRI. Not the most pleasant experience but I was reassured through and treated with dignity and respect. Delightful staff. Thank you
