Review titled Excellent service
by Anonymous. - Posted on 17 Feb 2024
I recently had an MRI which lasted around 45 minutes. I am extremely nervous and claustrophobic , and the whole process filled me with dread. I also have back issues which can be painful when lying flat. The staff however, were so kind and patient and went out of their way to make it more tolerable for me to allow this test to done . I am extremely grateful to them. I can’t rate them highly enough .

Review titled Great practice.

I thought having the scan at the Cambridge Country club made it a less stressful experience than going into a busy city or town. The surroundings were lovely, plenty of parking & my husband waited for me in the bar area while I was having my appointment. I was treated with dignity & it was friendly, it felt like a private clinic experience. I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment after my GP referral & I much preferred having my scan at the county club than going to a hospital or surgery which triggers my anxiety. I also had plenty of text messages prior to my appointment reminding me of time, date & instructions. Really good service, thank you.
