You can refer yourself to Healthshare for physiotherapy if you:
- Have a muscle or joint related issue/condition
- Are registered with a GP within the areas we operate
- Are over 18 years old
- Are not under the care of a hospital consultant for the same problem
- Live in one of our Hull, London, Dartford, Gravesend or Swanley catchment areas.

Phio is a digital assessment tool which allows us to capture relevant information about your musculoskeletal (bone/muscle/joint) problem, helping us to direct you to the most appropriate care as efficiently as possible.

The clinic was very handy as it was only a short drive from my home address. The car park was free so that was a bonus. I was acknowledged straight away in the waiting room and seen to on time. The nurse put me at ease straight away and answered my questions. They were very professional and friendly I would definitely use this clinic again.

The therapist was thorough in examining my knee and advised physio would help strength my leg. Physio was in person at Porchester with therapists on hand to demonstrate the exercises required.

They treated me with dignity and respect through the whole appointment, from reception to when I left. Everything was explained and I was put at ease, although I was very nervous. Every single staff member was brilliant.

I’ve seen two lovely consultants very understanding had a mri scan was very worried about but put at ease … really lovely staff and nurses across the board love this place and the service provided would recommend to anyone.. thank you ☺️

First time visiting here for an Mri appointment and the ability to have evening appointments was great. The reception team were very welcoming and appeared caring Very relaxing and reassuring staff throughout the appointment and all the processes were fully explained before and after the Mri scan. Definitely pleased to have been given the appointment here and would always choose to return here rather than any other local NHS hospitals.

Received a warm and friendly greeting from reception. Appointment was spot on time. Had an ultrasound delivered with empathy and respect. Left at 16.45 and received a message from my GP at 18.30 with results. Could not have received any better treatment if I had paid privately.
