- Have a muscle or joint related issue/condition
- Are registered with a GP within the areas we operate
- Are over 18 years old
- Are not under the care of a hospital consultant for the same problem
- Live in one of our Hull, London, Dartford, Gravesend or Swanley catchment areas.

Admittedly it was a painless procedure anyway. But everything went so quickly I was out before my actual appointment time was scheduled.

No clear signage on 1st floor no receptionist or staff manning the waiting area Main desk receptionist not giving enough and proper directions just saying g to 1st floor and no signs for toilets specially when appointment is for bladder ultrasound procedure Radiographer and their staff were good

Loved the walk in and wait procedure. It's modern and stops idle staff. The two nurses/assistant I saw were very welcoming and friendly. The facilities were immaculate.

Staff were very polite &helpful good service were very helpful explained what was going to happen & would recommend them to anyone who needs to have this done. It was done in a quick time. Safely. Overall pleased with the service I received.

My appointment at Riverside Clinic was a very positive one. The clinic was easy to reach off the A4 with an ample car park. I found the building very clean and modern and I was treated with respect and dignity by the staff who treated me that day.
