You can refer yourself to Healthshare for physiotherapy if you:
- Have a muscle or joint related issue/condition
- Are registered with a GP within the areas we operate
- Are over 18 years old
- Are not under the care of a hospital consultant for the same problem
- Live in one of our Hull, London, Dartford, Gravesend or Swanley catchment areas.

The hospital was easy to find and the carpark had plenty of spaces. The hospital itself was clean, warm and welcoming. I didn't have to wait more than a few minutes before a friendly nurse escorted me to the treatment room. I was treated with dignity and respect throughout the procedure.

I arrived at local polyclinic for an mri scan the lady was welcoming professional and kind. She made a daunting experience really easy and her professional approach made me feel completly at ease. I wasnt rushed or treated coldly like a number. She really made this experience a positive one. It was so conveniently situated. Thete was no waiting. I didnt miss work because it was on a saturday night. Highly reccomend this service

I was welcomed and made to feel at ease throughout. Therapist explained the process fully. I felt there was no rush, which is quite refreshing these days. Plus the treatment is actually improving my condition. Thank you.

From the moment of walking into the clinic & being greeted by the receptionist to walking out was an extremely lovely experience. So clean & tidy & all the staff are friendly. I was very anxious about my appointment but was made to feel at ease straight away & the support from the 2 ladies in the MRI unit was wonderful. Thank you all so much

The facilities were excellent and the care offered to make me comfortable and not to worry at all times of my scan were excellent. Giving regular timings of scans throughout the process were very reassuring and helpful. The appointment finished with me feeling totally relaxed and unworried and so glad that I had been sent to the Norwich clinic. I would thoroughly recommend appointments here.
