Review titled Great practice .. great people
by Karina Marley. - Posted on 23 Oct 2024
Ample information was sent to help me know what was needed for me to prepare for my visit. I was greeted warmly and with respect from arrival right through to the examination and my departure. The facilities are great, clean, nice ambience, plenty of car parking (free) and the staff are always very polite and respectful/ courteous when helping. I would highly recommend this health practice.

Unavoidably delayed in travelling to the appointment, arrived late but the receptionist and practitioner were considerate and managed to allow the procedure to go ahead. The whole experience was very professional and friendly, the facilities were very good.

Review titled Wembley Park Medical Centre
by J. Ginwal. - Posted on 22 Oct 2024
Fairly new medical centre, nice and clean waiting areas, digital calling system - your name and room number appear on the screen which I found to be a great feature - yes it's not anything new but the screens actually work! The imaging staff were excellent - very reassuring, friendly, professional and managed the patient list appropriately in a timely manner which was nice and great to avoid backlog and a full waiting area. The self check in screens are easy to use, touch sensitivity is good. Reception could do with a more approachable vibe - a smile goes a long way.

Ultrasound @ Medical Centre Earls Court On time, professional, kind, if I had to give a rating I would say “10Lode” For me this Medical Centre was a nice discovery, the offices could use a “freshening up” but the staff… starting from the reception… everyone to thank… I brought with me not only the professionalism but also the smile and grace of the nurse who "ultrasounded" me :0) thanks

Review titled Insensitive
by Janet Haywood . - Posted on 19 Oct 2024
Having had 3 cystoscopies in the past, I thought this would be a breeze. Having a new consultant didn’t faze me as he seemed likeable at my first visit with him. In the day however I was unusually very nervous and anxious, I’d recently finished counselling about serious problems from my past, so whether that was in my mind I’m not certain. But the closer I got to my apt the shaking and feeling of intense anxiety kicked in, i have never felt like this before. The nurses on the ward and staff in theatre did everything above and beyond to reassure me, but anything they asked for on my behalf was immediately shut down by this consultant who clearly looked like he had no time for this kind of “ behaviour “ I went through the procedure crying, shaking and having intense flashbacks to my childhood! All I asked for was a slight sedation, or even local anaesthetic he says “ we don’t do anything like that here” his attitude was hostile and made me feel like a wimp. In fact I’ve cancelled my follow up appointment with him today as I really don’t want to see him again if I’m honest, it was so painful and I think he could have handled it differently
