Review titled Thank you for your excellent care.
by Mary Wood. - Posted on 22 Sep 2023
I had an ultrasound scan at Healthshare, Norwich, and had the best possible experience with a procedure which I had been dreading. The practitioner and nurse were highly skilled and totally professional, also kind and warm, and gave me a respectful, dignified experience throughout. Thank you so much, Healthshare.

Review titled Awesome
by Emma Bassett. - Posted on 23 Sep 2023
Really nice clinic and staff , everything clean, staff friendly and helpful. I felt as comfortable as I could and would happily have more tests done at this facility. Unfortunately I am NHS so it was a bit of a treat coming here.

Fairly quick booking, 2 months earlier than I was expecting. Offered an earlier booking time on the day due to cancellation. Seen on time, scan explained to me. Very happy with staff and the whole procedure

Review titled Terrible service
by Joshua Parkin. - Posted on 14 Sep 2023
I arrived for my appointment at the time I was told in a text by health share, at the place I was told by health share. I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time untill the nurse informed me that I didn't have an appointment. That I was meant to be somewhere the day before at 9am, which I was not told by health share. And that because I had this appointment that I did not know about, my appointment that I was told I had, was no longer mine, instead, it had been given to somebody else. The nurse then helpfully told me that, it's managed externally, she can't do anything, that health share are useless, and that if she could, she would fire them all. She said that I should call their booking line. I did. I was told that they had a "newbie" who'd made a "boo-boo." I wouldn't mind such a mess up, if I was out for a lunch, or booking a cinema ticket. But I was here to get a screening, for something I'd already waited two months for, and that, should it prove to not be benign, could be fatal. So yeah, thank you for making me take my time off of work for nothing. Paying my good money for nothing. And ultimately, leaving the lingering cloud of doubt above my head. I would like to use much stronger language, but I want this to be seen, as, whilst whoever is in charge of health share is probably chuffed to bits that there start-up won an NHS contract, to the worried patient, they have only made things worse. I suppose there is a world where this is a one off. But I don't believe it, given the nurses response when she realised what had happened. I'm quite frankly disgusted that the NHS has resorted to relying on such a terrible service.

The staff is very good. The clinic is in a great location but as a non-driver it was extremely difficult to get there.
