You can refer yourself to Healthshare for physiotherapy if you:
- Have a muscle or joint related issue/condition
- Are registered with a GP within the areas we operate
- Are over 18 years old
- Are not under the care of a hospital consultant for the same problem
- Live in one of our Hull, London, Dartford, Gravesend or Swanley catchment areas.

Phio is a digital assessment tool which allows us to capture relevant information about your musculoskeletal (bone/muscle/joint) problem, helping us to direct you to the most appropriate care as efficiently as possible.

I had ultrasound which done very smoothly with description and had no issues. I was guided to the department in a friendly way and was informed properly when I reached at the relevant department.

All staff were polite and clear in their instructions. No reflection on the service but I was a bit surprised that the chairs in the waiting room were fabric and not easy clean surfaces in this age of covid. Fabric may be more comfortable but hopefully you shouldn't sit there for too long. Also with a bad back (hence my visit) I found the chairs too low. Not a complaint just an observation.
