You can refer yourself to Healthshare for physiotherapy if you:
- Have a muscle or joint related issue/condition
- Are registered with a GP within the areas we operate
- Are over 18 years old
- Are not under the care of a hospital consultant for the same problem
- Live in one of our Hull, London, Dartford, Gravesend or Swanley catchment areas.

I was very satisfied with my experience, the staff were very polite and friendly. I was not kept waiting I was seen at the time of my appointment, everywhere was very clean and tidy.I would definitely advise people who need treatment urgently to consider using Healthspan. I think if the NHS used this service more often it could cut waiting lists and save money in the long term.

This is my second visit to the clinic this year and both times have been very positive. The staff are friendly and professional, explaining the process and answering any questions raised. The clinic is extremely clean and they are always on time with appointments. The report was sent to my GP the same day. Excellent service. If you get an NHS appointment here, then feel very lucky!

Timing of appt could have been improved, I was on time but staff didn’t arrive until at least 15 min after. Procedure very quick and efficient but communication before the scan and expected next steps could have been better

I was most impressed by my treatment at Healthshare, Norwich. The staff throughout my visit were friendly and courteous. The nursing staff who dealt with were extremely kind and reassuring.

I was given marvellous medical/ clinical feedback and explanations about the parts of my body that were scanned by a very knowledgable lady. The results were sent to my GP the same day which enabled me to have a face to face consultation with him the very next day and has now progressed.matters. I was very pleased and relieved by that.

Appointment booked within 24 Hours of completing form. Very professional, patient and caring physio. Did everything possible to alleviate my back pain by showing alternative exercises and booking me on an exercise class for the following week.
