Review titled Fantastic experience
by Andy Oram . - Posted on 02 Jan 2024
I was treated with dignity and respect throughout my appointment for an MRI on Cervical Spine, my needs due to my Autism and ADHD were taken into consideration, even turning down the brightness of the ceiling lights!.

I had to cancel my apt I spoke to a lady on phone form Yorkshire She was rude and really not helpful in any way in the end I had to cancel the referral as I did not want to go to a health share clinic if they treated me with total lack of sympathy or support

Receptionists need to be more responsible and responsive, and leave their chatting to a side and attend to patients when they arrive to book themselves in.

Review titled Excellent service, positive experience
by Luiza R.. - Posted on 27 Dec 2023
I visited MSK department in Earls Court Medical Centre Healthcare on 21st December where I had a positive experience with all staff, starting with the friendly and welcoming staff at the front desk and the experienced and compassionate clinician. I would like to show my gratitude for the time of my appointment for the excellent assessment where the clinician identified the mobility and the affected structures of my hand, spending time to explain my condition and the causes, answering my questions, offering and explaining all treatment options available and giving advice. The whole service provided and my experience was excellent. Thank you so much !!!

Ultrasound - St Charles' hospital. The doctor carrying out the ultrasound was amazing and his assistant was helpful and kind. This was the second time I visited St Charles' hospital and undergone this procedure. I was attended to by the same personnel on both occasions.
