- Have a muscle or joint related issue/condition
- Are registered with a GP within the areas we operate
- Are over 18 years old
- Are not under the care of a hospital consultant for the same problem
- Live in one of our Hull, London, Dartford, Gravesend or Swanley catchment areas.

Friendly, kind , polite and respectful The reception was kind of restricted However seemed to ask and repeat myself. The notice in the car park was clear however did not indicate registration was required, I still managed to make it at the reception. The experience with the ladies in the ultrasound were friendly, polite, listening, pleasant and supportive. They listened to my questions and helpful to explain the procedure well It was a great joy to see the young generations in the right places. Thank you for taking care to of me

I was referred by my GP, didn't know what to expect and the whole time I felt very welcome and well looked after. My ultrasound was very easy, the staff are so welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. 100% amazing

I was treated with kindness, respect and dignity in a relaxed atmosphere by the 2 staff members who looked after me before, during and after the procedure. I was seen earlier than my appointment too. Very happy customer

When we arrived the receptionist was very smiley and helpful and pointed us in the direction of the scanning department. The Ultra Sound staff were friendly, reassuring and very professional. Overall I would say that the whole appointment was an excellent experience. I am looking forward to returning in the near future for a scan on another medical condition.

Wish I had not put headphones on once inside MRI machine so would stay still better, as could not hear controller but apart from that all very good there. Staff is super nice, and quic, they help with information or anything not clear. Would definitely recommend.
