You can refer yourself to Healthshare for physiotherapy if you:
- Have a muscle or joint related issue/condition
- Are registered with a GP within the areas we operate
- Are over 18 years old
- Are not under the care of a hospital consultant for the same problem
- Live in one of our Hull, London, Dartford, Gravesend or Swanley catchment areas.

Phio is a digital assessment tool which allows us to capture relevant information about your musculoskeletal (bone/muscle/joint) problem, helping us to direct you to the most appropriate care as efficiently as possible.

Went for an mri information beforehand was great and texts keeping me up to date. Staff were friendly and exceptional at making it a fantastic experience keeping me informed every step of the way

I have continous pain in my left hip, for months. The physio explained everything in detail and a video was sent to me for exercises at home, which was helpful.
