- Have a muscle or joint related issue/condition
- Are registered with a GP within the areas we operate
- Are over 18 years old
- Are not under the care of a hospital consultant for the same problem
- Live in one of our Hull, London, Dartford, Gravesend or Swanley catchment areas.

A well organised experience which went like clockwork. Kept well informed by text to remind me of the appointment. Welcoming receptionist and pleasant waiting area. Then I saw a very helpful nurse with whom I completed the questionnaire. Next it was into the MRI with earplugs and headphones and buzzer to contact the MRI operator if needed. I have experience having had an MRI about 20 years so I knew what to expect. I was in the machine for approximately 15 to 20 minutes. I could hear the noise of the magnets working but this was no problem. Coming out of the machine I was greeted by a very nice nurse operator who informed me that the results would be sent to my doctor in 7 to 10 days. All in all an interesting experience.

Referral by GP at appointment. Contacted by clinic quickly, ease of booking. Information sent quickly. Reminders by text. Staff all very friendly and caring. Super service.

I found Healthshare Clinic to be welcoming & warm, all staff I met were kind & explained what was going to happen during my MRI scan. The staff member who was responsible for getting me settled ready for the scan made sure I was comfortable and that I could see the screen. A very positive experience and I have no problem recommending the facility.

I have always found Fakenham Medical Practice and all the doctors and staff to be very helpful , kind and responsive. They have managed to fit me in for appointments in very good time and if I have been referred, (recently to the Healthshare Clinic on Colney Road Norwich for an MRI scan, who were also very kind and helpful) the response has been very quick. I cannot fault them and understand the pressure they are under in these current times Many thanks to you all David Royle

I arrived for an MRI scan at the requested ten minutes earlier than appointment which was at 7.15 a.m. I was given any useful information, 20 mins in scanner, job done. Approx 10 day wait for results. All straightforward process.

Made to feel at ease before my scan started, was given privacy while getting ready for the scan, was told what was going to be done before each part and the lady was especially gentle while preforming the internal part of my scan

I had an appointment with Healthshare Ltd on Saturday. The whole process was efficient and friendly. I was seen by the doctor promptly, then had a short wait for an ultrasound and within a few minutes saw the doctor again. He explained the results of the scan and clearly described the laser surgery that is required. I was very impressed with the service.

The physiotherapist who saw me was competent and professional, he explained in detail what could be the cause of my problem and showed me some exercise who rebuild strength and reduce pain.
