You can refer yourself to Healthshare for physiotherapy if you:
- Have a muscle or joint related issue/condition
- Are registered with a GP within the areas we operate
- Are over 18 years old
- Are not under the care of a hospital consultant for the same problem
- Live in one of our Hull, London, Dartford, Gravesend or Swanley catchment areas.

The physiotherapist I saw, asked me lots of questions, examined me and the levels of movement I could manage. She also advised me of exercises to improve my mobility and printed me out a sheet with very clear instructions what to do every day. She also arranged for me to go to another Centre to have physio sessions over six weeks. I wish I had taken notes with me because I forgot to tell her somethings but that was my fault not hers

Warm welcome with hot drink made to feel very comfortable . Toilets very clean . Reception gentleman very polite . Could not find a negative if i wanted

From the initial appointment phone call and information e-mail through to the actual MRI scan, I experienced excellent and highly professional care and consideration. I was seen earlier than planned, I wasn’t kept waiting. Everything was explained very clearly and any questions or concerns I had were answered very well. I was even given my choice of music to listen to whilst inside the machine. The MRI scanner seemed to be very new and up-to-date, which gave me confidence that the results of my scan would be accurate and nothing would be missed. The scanning process seemed to be very thorough, with several different passes through the machine lasting for different lengths of time, to ensure that no detail was missed. My scan was done at the Winchester centre and I would be very happy to go there again if I should ever need another scan. They’re a fine group of people doing a great job.

I have had several MRI scans in the past and as I’m very claustrophobic I have found them quite terrifying, even after a large dose of diazepam!However, this new scanner is amazing, a very different experience and they have gone out of their way to make it a pleasant experience. Amazing screen to watch, with headphones to listen to very comforting voice on the video. The staff were so kind, considerate, thoughtful and very reassuring. I’m pleased to say it was actually a pleasurable experience.

I went for a scan on the wrong day and the staff were very good and helpful and they sorted it all out for me the hole experience was very good and put me at ease would highly recommend
