You can refer yourself to Healthshare for physiotherapy if you:
- Have a muscle or joint related issue/condition
- Are registered with a GP within the areas we operate
- Are over 18 years old
- Are not under the care of a hospital consultant for the same problem
- Live in one of our Hull, London, Dartford, Gravesend or Swanley catchment areas.

Healthshare did my ultrasound that was both external and internal on my pelvis for a routine check up. Both staff members were polite, friendly and quick in getting things set up and done. I was given maximum privacy and clear instructions when needed. They always told me when they were about to do any action at all. For a very personal and invasive procedure, they made it as easy as i think it possibly could be.

Kind and helpful people . Easy to get too if a car driver … impossible if your an older person living alone . Sunday appointment at 1800 living in rural Norfolk not sure how that person would get to the appointment. Staff friendly . Unfortunately un clear of the process after …. Who looks and when will the patient be made aware of results .

My expectations were low. I thought I would be attending an old NHS facility with no or little car parking and dilapidated buildings in need of decoration. The walls would be covered in with outdated signs hanging on with sellotape and the staff would not have the time to deal with me. How wrong could I be. It was better than a number of private hospitals that I’ve visited. Free car parking, plenty of spaces. Modern building with excellent reception facilities and free coffee and tea. The staff were courteous and professional. I couldn’t fault a thing. If every NHS facility was like this one, no one would consider going privately.

I recently had to have an ultrasound at this clinic, which I'd not heard of before. I was worried about going somewhere new for such an important appointment, but as I drove up the long driveway to the buildings which contain the clinic, I was in awe. Not only is the setup very picturesque, but the carpark is a good size. As I walked in, I was greeted and helped with clear directions to get to the right waiting room. Then I was collected by another very friendly and helpful person to take me through to the ultrasound room and again made to feel welcome. The technician and assistant made me feel safe and comfortable and I left feeling positive about the whole experience. Can't recommend this clinic enough.

MRI appointment experience was great The staff were very diligent in their duties I was treated with kindness and respect It would have been nicer if there were hospital gowns and blankets to change into Also some nice calming music to cancel out the noice in the MRI Tunel Overall my experience was great Thanks to the staff Stella

A lovely fresh Health Centre. Plenty of seating and NHS information. Easy venue to find as on a main road. Plenty of parking. Staff very helpful and respectful. I had everything explained to me during my scan .
