The physiotherapist was exceptionally helpful regarding treatment for alleviating my arthritis and related issues, after getting other less helpful guidance from others before. It has really made a difference, thank you.

I have been attended to by 3 podiatry / biomechanics specialists through Wandsworth Podiatry at in-clinic appointments at St John’s Therapy Centre over the past year, as well as receiving kind and comprehensively personalised advice by phone recently by one of the specialists at St John’s Therapy Centre. They have all provided an excellent service, have listened with empathy and have equipped me with practical pathways to move forward.

My experience is: This is my second time doing Ultra Sound, and I came on time at Wembley Centre Health and Care and I had to wait a long time until they take me for examination while no body there was before me. (I do not know, may be they have work inside to do, so they did not take me on time!

Review titled Efficient and pleasant staff

My appointment for an ultrasound guided cortisone injection came through in less than two weeks. The clinic is very pleasant and I appreciated the muted lighting and non clinical atmosphere and there was less hustle and bustle making for a much calmer experience. The nurse and the doctor were happy to answer questions and whilst they were efficient they took the time to make small talk which both gave me confidence in their abilities whilst putting me at ease. The short wait in the clinic afterwards to ensure I was OK accompanied by a very nice cup of coffee came as a pleasant and welcome surprise!Having a procedure done is never something you would look forward to but I would say this clinic did everything they could to make it as pleasant an experience as possible. Thank you Healthshare, and the lovely doctor and nurse!

My appointment was for 9.00am on the 1st of march. The assistant was wondering about and was asking for paper towels at the surgery Then when I was finally called in it was 20 mins later not great when you have a full bladder. When the examination was finished I was told that the results would be with my doctors that afternoon. I phoned the surgery a week later no results filed. I have tried to contact Health share but the phone line does not work, pretty frustrating and unable to do anything about it. So first impressions of this mob are rubbish
