Healthshare Clinic Norwich (Global Clinic) launches NHS vasectomy service with leading consultants

Doctor consultation

We’re pleased to announce the launch of our NHS men’s health and vasectomy service at the Healthshare Clinic Norwich (Global Clinic). This service offers rapid referrals with short wait times as an alternative to treatment via hospitals and other providers, which may have long waiting lists. We are proud to work in partnership with leading urology consultants, Mr Omar Al Kadhi and Mr Utsav Reddy.

The Healthshare Clinic Norwich is a state-of-the-art healthcare facility situated in the peaceful surroundings of Colney Hall, on the Watton road, 15 minutes from the centre of Norwich.

“I’m delighted to launch our practice at the clinic, providing a high-quality NHS men’s health and urology service to Norwich and the surrounds, at a convenient location for improved patient access in the area.”

– Mr Utsav Reddy

“I’m pleased to get started with our men’s health service, working in harmony with local GPs in the Norfolk area to ensure patients are getting the choice of being seen and investigated with short waiting times.”

– Mr Omar Al Kadhi

What is a vasectomy? How does it work?

A vasectomy (male sterilisation) is a surgical procedure to cut or seal the tubes that carry a man’s sperm to permanently prevent pregnancy. It’s typically carried out under local anaesthetic, where you’re awake but don’t feel any pain, and takes about 15 minutes.
