From initial contact to the end of the appointment I was informed of appointment times and wait periods. The staff were warm, professional and reassuring. The clinic area’s were clean, uncluttered and fit for purpose. The procedure was explained throughout and I was given a time when the results of my procedure would be with my GP to discuss.

From receptionist to the nurses in x-ray department were all respectful and very friendly. Did not have to wait long before was called into x-ray. Very comfortable waiting area.
