The service I received was first class. I phoned to ask if there were any cancellations I was told no after a member of staff looked for me. I ask if I could goon a list for cancellations and was told yes. And I was called a couple of hours later with an appointment that day. Staff were al very helpful, friendly and very professional. Thank you.

All the staff at Healthshare were very professional and polite and helpful. I had been stuck in traffic on the A 47 due to an accident and was extremely worried about being late for my appointment (which I wasn’t) but they were extremely understanding.

Fantastic from start to finish. Receptionist was lovely. My sonographer and his assistant were both brilliant. Friendly, reassuring, had a bit of a laugh and a joke while still being super professional. I arrived early (2.30) which the assistant saw and acknowledge, told me sha had one person waiting before me. I was out before my appointment was even due (2.45) who could ask for more!! Just wish I hadn’t paid for two hours parking in Westminster 😂

Was offered to go to the Health share clinic for my scan as Norwich Hospital has a big waiting list. Was easy to call up and book in for appointment, sent out all details which were clear to understand. When arrived staff were very friendly and professional. Clinic was so clean. The staff who carried out my appointment scan were so kind and gave me privacy. Thank you 100% Recommend to anyone

MRI scan staff very friendly and considerate. Equipment very good even a tv screen to watch to take you mind off being enclosed (watched David Attenborough Birds of paradise)
