Went to healthshare clinic, Norwich for a pelvic ultrasound and it went so well. Had a really pleasant experience, the staff were quite polite and I didn't have to wait even a minute beyond my appointment. Was able to leave so much earlier than anticipated. There's absolutely not even a single thing I can't think to complain about.

This was my 2nd visit to St Charles Clinic, London. Very nice and professional people each time. But, I found the clinic room very claustrophobic. The room is very small and some examinations would be very ackward and difficult to do well within the space given. I think it will give a better experience to patients (spec. The heavy built) as well as the staff members to have a bit more space to breath and work comfortably. I can only imagine how difficult (spec. Mentally) it must be to work a whole day in that tiny room!! Come to think of it.... for two staff members!!!!! Please take care of your staff (Physically and Mentally), and care for them as well as you try to care for your patients! Thank you 🙂
