Very professional staff who were very polite and helpful. I was seen very quickly. the 2 staff that did my ultra sound scan on my hip were amazing and very dignified and had respect at all times. This was a very respectful booking

A very quiet and calm environment makes it very good for medical tests.They called me to see if I was available for an appointment that same day which I was. Very efficient to fill slots if someone can't attend.

I really like going to a medical centre for small procedures & investigations. It saves all the stress of going to Addenbrooke's, with the difficulty & cost of parking, & having to find my way around a large hospital with so many other people

Could not for the life of me and my partner, take one of my piercings out. Staff were kind, understanding and patient as I ran well over my appt time and eventually swapped me to the mobile mri scanner outside as its a lesser strength but still able to complete the mris I needed. Really appreciated the staffs understanding as I was in some pain and bleeding. Would have no problems returning or recommending.

As I have had 3 MRI in the past, I was very nervous, more anxious than normal. On arrival the welcome from both staff members in the unit was excellent and they put themselves out to help make my experience as pleasant as possible. On entering the machine I found it bigger and wider, it wasn't so close to my face which was so much better, I just laid there shut my eyes, 10 minutes and it was over. Excellent service and treatment from staff. Thank you guys so much.
