I had been sent to this private clinic for an MRI on my lower back and sacral. The overall experience was excellent and the doctors and specialists were very friendly and professional. I have incontinence and informed the doctor that i was wearing a nappy during the scan incase it affected the results of the scan. He informed me it wouldn’t and I wasn’t made to feel uncomfortable or embarrassed to ask. Everything went smoothly and on time. Everyone was nice and friendly including the reception staff. A well run clinic.

I have been referred, by my NHS GP, several times now for osteoarthritis steroid injections. On each occasion the booking process was efficient and quick. The clinics are held timely and reasonably locally, if you drive/can be driven, and are suitable for purpose. The clinicians are all very professional, knowledgeable, informative and personable. Healthshare is a superb service.

The place is actually a very fancy marble and glass country club and golf course, so on arrival one wonders whether one has actually turned up to the right place - normal NHS patients might find if all a bit weird, but the service was quick and efficient

I attended a MRI appointment yesterday at the Norwich Healthshare Clinic and was very impressed with the service. Pre appointment communication was excellent, staff were friendly and efficient and I was advised what the process entailed. I can wholeheartedly recommend this Clinic. Thank you.

On Thursday 27th June I visited the Townlands Memorial Hospital in Henley-on-Thames I don't think there is anything about my visit that could have been better. The reception staff were helpful and friendly and readily able to help. Not knowing what to expect, I arrived at my appointment early and was prepared that my appointment may be delayed. I was very pleasantly surprised because, having arrived early it was possible that I be seen earlier and by the time of my original appointment I was on my way home. The staff conducting my examination could not have been more helpful, thorough, friendly and informative. In short there is nothing that I can think of that could have been any better and I'm very grateful for the excellent service and care that I received. Thank you
