I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving for my appointment. I was dealt with in a friendly and courteous manner. It was in a very convenient location and made the whole experience much better than having to travel to a mai n hospital. Would be happy to attend this Clinic again

Review titled All very civilised

It was all a very civilised experience but I feel it would have been beneficial to have had a receptionist for the relevant clinics.

Review titled Extremely thorough examination/consultation
by Pamela King. - Posted on 09 Jul 2024
The Consultant used very up to date technology to enable him to diagnose the problem and to advise as to the most effective treatment. It appears it is now with Bucks NHS Trust to decide whether to authorise the Clinic to proceed in accordance with the Consultant’s best advice.

It was a lovely setting , I didn’t feel like I was in a medical setting . It made the experience for my mri a lot more relaxing . Great having your own changing room which you can lock and take the key with you when you go for your scan .

From entering the practice, to having my procedure, and leaving, i was greeted in a polite, friendly, professional manner. Practice is a comfortable environment which puts you at ease. At no time did I feel rushed, and everything was explained to me about my scan. Thank you

Review titled Nice staff but felt rushed
by Kate. - Posted on 05 Jul 2024
I attended the clinic for an abdominal and pelvic ultrasound. The preparatory instructions were clear; basically had to fast for 6 hours and drink a whole lot of water. The two individuals conducting the scan were pleasant and professional however the process felt quite rushed. When I have had these scans before, I have always been asked to change into a gown but here I basically had to take my shorts off and tuck my t-shirt into my bra which felt a bit undignified. When the scan was over I could have done with a moment to just sit and at least have a cup of tea before I was let out of a fire door straight into the car park, but I was indeed let out of a fire door straight into the car park. This is no criticism of the individuals who did the scan as they are probably under time pressure and that’s probably just the process. It could do with refining.
