Review titled great staff but clinical protocols need work
by Terry. - Posted on 26 Jun 2024
Staff at Highcroft, Nottingham were wonderful in their general approach. However when you have had an "all clear" from the sonographer for ultrasound of another organ on previous visit, being told to "discuss with GP" this time will freak some people out.

Review titled Lovely clean and relaxed practice
by Louise Durrant. - Posted on 25 Jun 2024
Being petrified of having an Mri I got through it. The technician let me go in feet first which helped. It was a cool room which also really helped he checked I was ok before he began. On the ceiling is a light tile of the sky this really helped me. The waiting room was lovely, toilets clean and a little drive in and a woodland where I saw a man walking. Parking is free and plentiful. Whilst I was petrified and I could hear my heart over the earplugs and earphones and machine I got thru it and think this was down to the atmosphere of the place it didnt feel like a clinic the receptionist were freindly and overall even though I was petrified and dreaded going id give it a 10 out of 10.

Review titled Ultrasound appointment
by Suz. - Posted on 21 Jun 2024
No hanging around. Was in within a minute of walking through the door, and I was early. I wasn’t aware I needed to have a full bladder before arriving. So had to have an internal. (But things like that done phase me) Immediately found my issue, coil incorrectly positioned. Shown me and referred me back to GP for urgent appointment. Talked me through everything in a kind manor made me feel very at ease! Thank you for being for being so considerate
