I needed an ultrasound on my hand, I arrived early and was seen well before my appointment time, all the staff were very helpful and friendly and the man who carried out my ultrasound was extremely knowledgeable & explained all aspects really well.

My appointment with Healthcare was very good , the sonographer and nurse attending were both pleasant ,and the nurse very helpful The appointment was on time , and went smoothly Appreciation to Healthcare for their good communication on providing appointment dates and detailed information on how to prepare Also approachable and helpful if necessary to rearrange , or ask any additional information

Had MRI on knee at Harold Wood polyclinic in mobile unit. I was impressed with the speed, care and attention. Just the metal stairs up and down was daunting.

I was treated with such care and Dignity the staff clearly took pride in their work whatever their role was. The surroundings were pleasant and impeccably clean. One had total confidence in their care. If only health care was uniformly this good across the NHS. I’m sad to say that although there are exceptions of course, in my view generally speaking, the NHS has lost its way.

I was very well informed of what would happen before and what was happening all the way through the treatment. Told what side effects to watch out for and who to contact in the event of experiencing any of the possible side effects. I couldn’t fault any part of my treatment.

I was nervous to have this scan, but on arriving at the Scan Mobile Unit I was completely made at ease. The process was fully explained, even about feeling slightly uncomfortable and I was reassured that every effort would be made to calm my fears . I couldn't thank the unit staff enough for their care
