The staff are friendly, well informative and professional. I don’t know what to expect because it was my first time. I did not wait fir long. When the staff meet me in the lobby he was polite and introduced his name, give all the details and what should I do and even though I submitted the medical questionnaire he still asked me ti make sure are all through. When I went inside he makes sure I was comfortable and what to do if I wasn’t or anything bad happened. They are really professionals. Highly recommended to everyone who needs any MRI procedures.

Having gone to the wrong hospital initially, I was obviously late for my appointment by around 20 mins. However, everything was done to fit me in and I did get my MRI scan. The MRI staff were exceptionally friendly and informative and put me at my ease every step of the way. I cannot praise them enough.

I saw dr Kumar Devendra in July 2024, he was an amazing dr. He was very empathetic, caring and understanding. He took his time assessing my situation and advised me of what to do. He explained in details and ordered more tests to make sure that my symptoms are dealt with properly. All i can say is that this dr was amazing and he made feel comfortable and calm. Thank you dr Kumar Devendra.

The ultrasound experience was very good. The only hassle I experienced was trying to change my appointment as the telephone appointment system was very slow and I was held in a queue for absolutely ages
