I attended my ultrasound scan with worry as I was unsure of my problem. ( my appt had been brought forward that day, which was very handy) the sonographer was very friendly and explained everything that she was going to do. As the scan was being done I was informed of what she had found. I came away much happier, knowing what I would be speaking to my doctor about. The clinic was very clean, bright and cheery as were the staff. Thank you

Instructions were sent to me with pre-test preparation instructions. Accordingly, I went for the test on time and there was no delay they took me to the test room and did a good test.

Clinical staff were brilliant and very warm. I never received my confirmation email which would’ve included my fasting instructions. Luckily I called in the morning, but it threw a spanner in my day. However, it’s a human error and overall everyone were lovely to chat with, including the person making my appointment 🙂

Excellent service at Healthshare Norwich - everyone from front desk to radiology were kind, professional and it was all very much on time . Great experience wish it was like this all the time at other places . It just takes a smile and politeness to make a patient feel comfortable

Had mri scan. Waiting room bright and airy. Reception staff welcoming and informative. Mri scan clearly explained and made to feel relaxed. Appointment was within 4 weeks of referral. Would definitely recommend anyone able to get scans done here to book. Overall a stress free relaxing appointment
