The two ladies that were in charge of the MRI room on the 06/05/2024 were fantastic. Informative and thorough with instructions when entering the tunnel. They made the experience as pleasant as it could be which I was grateful for. The lady on reception was pleasant and smiley. The Global Clinic itself was clean and welcoming, nice atmosphere.

I have felt quite stressed , because I have had a series of scans in the last 18 months. The nurse I saw who did my scan at Highcroft surgery in Arnold Notts was excellent .She explained everything very clearly and was able to tell me that the cysts in my abdomen were unchanged from six months ago .This was a great reassurance to me .She also explained that I shouldn't worry if I was called again in six months . This was likely to happen as a routine check. She showed great empathy , and I did feel reassured . Appointment was on time too .

Had a phone call the day after my GPs referral and was able to get an appointment quickly. Full info sent and several reminders of the appointment by text. On the day I only had to wait a couple of minutes before being called through 10 mins earlier than my appointment time. Very pleasant and helpful nurse and efficient consultant. Whole procedure only took a few minutes. Waiting for the required 15 mins afterwards we were able to get a coffee or tea from the machine. Overall it was a relaxed and efficient experience.
