The nurse who collected me from the waiting area was friendly and polite. I did find the sonographer a bit firm and cold. Needless to say, she was just doing her job, I suppose.

Healthshare was a great experience for my MRI. I really value the fact there is no waiting around, and that I know I will receive a full report, rather than a one word report like I received from the N&N following an x-ray. I hope the NHS continue to subcontract to providers who provide a much better experience than they are able to. I actually felt respected at healthshare, thank you.

A lovely clinic with friendly staff. Everyone was helpful and professional, and I was seen promptly. Fantastic experience! Best of all perhaps, for someone using public transport to get there, Google Maps' directions were absolutely spot on!!

About a month ago I had a very bad experience at the Earl’s Court Clinic, but yesterday at Riverside (Brentford) the service was spotless. Everyone was so professional, polite, and empathetic! The nurse and doctor made me feel confident and relaxed and I’ll try to always do my exams there from now on

I had two appointment recently at the Healthshare Clinic and both times I was blown away by the professionalism and kindness. The appointments were on time and the consultants were fantastic, explained everything well and offered reassurance. Made a difficult time easy. Could not recommend them highly enough!
