I was so happy to get an appointment so fast, after waiting,& suffering with my health problems, for a number of years.i have had 3 m.r.i. scans in my life,& healthshare was by so far the best fie the helpful, friendly,& all the nice people, that work there.& I will definitely be coming back there very soon,& another reason why I gave it to marks on my survey, so keep up with the good work,& I will see you soon.

Still haven't had results 6 weeks later. Unacceptable service. Been left worrying with no updates or contact from GP. Still waiting after 2 months for a scan referral

This was 3rd time of appointment and the physiotherapist who i saw, fully explained my injury and also went through the pro's and cons of having the next procedure if required. I would recommend this service to friends and family.

The clinic is brand new. It is very modern, quiet, and clean. The staff were efficient and very friendly. Everything ran according to time and plan. A wonderful experience and I would be delighted to return should further diagnostics be required.

Please avoid this service at all costs this has been the worst experience of my life. It is my firm belief that no treatment would of been a better course of action than receiving treatment with them. They have been entirely uncommunicative along the way, with every way I try to contact them being ignored. Further to this, they delay appointments unecessarily (I have been waiting 5 months to book an appointment). They also have terrible admin, I have had my bookings rearranged numerous times, even having them delayed by a whole month and been given outdated guides for which I was unable to contact them about. I urge you to seek every other available option before turning to HealthShare!
