The most friendly and caring people looked after me throughout my scan. Reassuring me from beginning to end. Due to my anxiety i would normally find this kind of thing overwhelming. But the reassurance and care i was given was second to none and i had zero problems which is a first for me. Whatever the staff get paid its not enough. True professionals.

It was overall a good experience. The instructions were clear. The major issue I found was the waiting area for the MRI machine. It's a portable unit for MRI and only three seats were just laying out side with no shade.

First class service with me being seen within 1 minute of sitting in waiting room. Ultrasound done was professionally informed of result and out in less than 20mins. I normally wait 1hr at my NHS Hospital. I know where I would rather been attended to.

It's a modern, clean clinic, and has pleasant and helpful staff. The location is on a light industrial estate, which is on a bus route, but a few minutes walk from the bus stop, which was painful for me to walk that distance. It's a good facility though.
